Returns 

High quality product and customer satisfaction is an expectation here at Zaee Collection. If you are not satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original packaging within 14 days of fulfilment, or alternatively you can exchange your product within 30 days of purchase. 

Please remember, when returning an item, it is essential that you clearly state the name, order number and address. Without these details, we will not be able to process your refund. 

The cost of return is customers’ responsibility. We are currently working on free returns. Thank you for your patience. 

It is very important that the product is unworn and unwashed as this will determine the refund process.

Change of order and cancellation is possible after fulfilment. These include: 

  • change of size and colour
  • change of postal/billing address 
  • change of payment method

Please note: Customers are responsible for freight and/or shipment charges until the product has reached our warehouse. Please ensure that the item is packed securely in order to prevent any damages. Damaged goods will not be accepted.

Depending on the freight company, it can take up to 14 business days for us to receive the product(s) and a further 24 to 48 hours for our team to assess the product(s) before processing your refund or exchange. 

Faulty Product 

Please contact our customer service team if you have received the wrong product or if the product is faulty. 

Ensure correct details are provided. Please attach name, order number and details of the fault alongside a picture of the faulty item. This can be done by clicking on the Contact Us tab on the Menu Bar. Please let us know as soon as possible. 

Customers have 3-month warranty period on faulty items. If your claim is accepted, a full refund; including freight expenses is applicable in addition to a replacement of the item(s).

Sale Items

Please note: We do not offer refunds on sale items. Only an exchange, within 30 days of purchase is possible; given the item(s) is unworn and has its original tags attached.
